Liz Suniga, owner of Paradise Valley Fitness, has been teaching classes at the Civic Center since January of 2009. . Current classes:. Fusion - a blend of exercise formats including strength training, core training and dance/cardio moves. This class is held on Tuesdays from 12:10 - 12:55pm.. Pilates - this class seeks to help strengthen your core/trunk with exercises on the mat, with weights, magic circles and stability balls.. All classes are $2.00 for a single class and $20.00 for a 12 class punch card that never expires.. Special Challenges are held and there is one coming up! BUNS and GUNS 2 starts on Monday, September 19th. Two sessions are offered: 5:45am - 6:45am or noon - 1:00pm. Cost is $100.00.. No equipment needed for any of the above - feel free to bring your own mat if you desire..
