Detailed description is Instruction and sparring in Jiu-Jitsu and submission Grappling; training for recreation, competition, and self-defense. Offering both Gi & No-Gi classes. Located inside of the USA Gymnastics Academy building (between CP Deli and Kennedy Rehabilitation on Crill Ave). Primary instructor holds a Purple belt in Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, a Brown belt in Kawaishi Jiu-Jitsu, and a 17-5 submission grappling record. Supplemental instructor holds a two-stripe Purple belt in Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Together they possess over 2 decades of grappling experience. Mats cleaned before and after each class.
