We purchased the two-unit Lake House in August of 2014 after a thorough search of the perfect place and location for a vacation home.
From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I knew it was the one.
Having enjoyed many visits to the nearby Kejimkujik National Park, it had become an area close to my heart and spirit so choosing this location was a no-brainer really!.

Our intention for the property is two-fold.
First is to have a place for myself and my family to retreat to and enjoy the solitude and back-to-nature atmosphere year-round.
Second is to have an opportunity for my friends and acquaintances to also visit and enjoy overnight accommodations.
After all, I can’t be there all the time and why not make the most of this place by sharing its benefits..

We are offering our 2 bedroom Loft for weekend and short-term bookings YEAR ROUND! The loft is perfect for a 2 or 4 adult getaway where many activities can be taken advantage of.
From hiking, cycling, kayaking, swimming, snowshoeing, atving and snowmobiling to bird-watching, fishing, hunting, sightseeing, or….
simply doing nothing!!.

Amenities are a short 10 minute drive away (pharmacy, gas, grocery and liquor store) in the town of Caledonia..

Coming Spring 2016: Lakeside deck, 2 km looped hiking trail on the property, tree house observation deck to be built high in one of our White Pines, two camping sites with fire pit..
