Detailed description is 自耕自食是我們的目標，親手種出健康的食物和朋友分享，本店的理想是使用在地食材，挖掘米飯的各式料理，以健康烹調的方式，找出對食物、身體和土地充滿敬意的飲食新生活。 葉堂主到南澳尋找過好生活的方式，平時半農半X，實踐對農耕生活的嚮往。2013年7月決定開一家小小的食堂，假日開放給來客一個舒適的用餐環境和健康的料理，希望這裡不只是間食堂，也是以食會友的溫暖客廳。.

除了周六、日正常營業之外，週一至周五，我們接受10人以上的預約，包括午餐、下午茶、晚餐，每個時段最多可接待20人，用餐時間為2個小時。.
