Detailed description is One Focus Fitness is dedicated to faith, fitness, and nutrition in a whole new way! Fitness is the movement. Freedom is the Mission. My name is Sarah Blasing and I started One Focus Fitness after becoming a Revelation Wellness® Instructor In May 2016. I have loved fitness and nutrition my whole life, but was chained down by my focus being on myself until I found Revelation Wellness®. Learning that our bodies are the best tools to serve the Lord and to love others has given me the freedom I searched for my entire life and I can't wait to share that with my community! When I am not a fitness instructor I stay home with my husband of 17 years and our 3 beautiful children that I have the privilege of homeschooling! I also watch my sister's children and love being able to see them all grow.. At One Focus Fitness everyone is welcome! We just move in LOVE! No comparison, you be you! We will be doing cardio/dance and cardio/drum routines that will have you moving and making a joyful noise! You will work up a sweat while having FUN! We will also incorporate strength training using our own body weight and hand weights. Join this community of freedom fighters and live the life you were born to have!. . The first step to freedom both in body and mind is to focus on the only ONE that will be able to give it. During our classes we will be working out our minds and aligning our bodies with Christ so that your freedom will be achieved, and HAVING FUN while doing it!. . During class all are welcome! There is no comparison, only moving in LOVE! You will experience freedom to work at your own pace and just be you. Classes will have you doing fun cardio routines incorporating drumsticks, strength training with your own body weight and light weights, and having a cool down session where we work out our hearts.. . One Focus Fitness is dedicated to have you experience faith, fitness, and nutrition in a whole new way! Fitness is the movement. Freedom is the Mission. My aim is to teach the entire individual- heart, soul, mind, and strength - as they get healthy and become more whole. . . 2 Corinthians 4:18. . Classes offered are:. . Cardio/Drumsticks. Get ready to drum up your heart rate and find Joy while working out! . Monday 5:45am - 6:30am. . Strength Training/Cardio. We will be incorporating cardio/tabata with Strength Training. Bring yourself, bring your weights if desired, and lets get strong together! . Tuesday 5:45am - 6:30am. First Reformed Church Baldwin. . MIX IT UP. Anything goes! Each week will be different.
