Detailed description is The Toughest Week You'll Ever Love! FIRST EVER – ON WATER USA DRAGON BOAT CAMP. Train with USDBF Team USA Premier Women. Learn Team USA Expectations. Be Seen by Team USA Coaches. When: April 26 - May 2, 2015. Where: Rocky Point, Tampa. Who: Adult paddlers at any level, male or female, BCS, senior A, B, C, D, Premier etc. Each paddler will recieve instruction tailored especially for them. . . Camp is limited to 20 participants so each camper gets personal attention.. . You will be training alongside Team USA Premier Women. However Camp On Water USA participants will have unique programming and coaching tailored especially to YOUR training needs as well.. . CAMP INCLUDES. Approx 2 “On Water” dragon boat sessions per day. Personal attention and dedicated 1:1 sessions for each camper. Stroke and paddling analysis by Team USA Coaches using the latest video technology – you will receive a personal video analysis that you can access after camp forever and ever if you so desire.. OC1 or OC2 Session (optional). “Mock Time Trial” (optional). Planned team building/social activities. Classroom sessions – learn how to take your training up a notch. Personalized Training Plan developed for each athlete with the help of a Team USA Coach. . IMPORTANT. Paddles and PFDs are NOT provided to campers. All paddlers are expected to bring their own personal gear. . . Camp is LIMITED to 20 attendees to make sure EVERYONE gets proper attention. Overflow registrations will be placed on a wait list and given a spot if someone bails. . . Registration begins February 1, 2015 and runs until camp is full.. . THIS CAMP IS FOR.... Beginning adult paddlers - male or female - who want a solid start. Intermediate adult paddlers who want to up their game. Advanced adult paddlers who want to be further challenged. Those who aspire to try out for Team USA in future cycles.. . Please note: The roster for Team USA Premier Women 2015 (Welland) is closed for this cycle (the Premier Women have been training and trying out since March 2014). Attending Camp On Water USA will not place you in contention for a spot on Team USA for this cycle but may set you up for a successful future bid.. .
