Held every two years, OCIS is the premier conference in international studies held in Australasia.
It brings together scholars working across all fields of international studies, and is known for its relaxed yet intellectually stimulating atmosphere.
Attended by leading scholars in the field internationally, it is also a wonderful venue for junior scholars to air their evolving ideas.

We invite proposals in all areas of international studies.
Applicants can submit individual paper proposals, or proposals for complete panels.
With the latter, we are keen that panel proposals be gender balanced and include a mix of junior and senior scholars.
