Our instructors are well known in the Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community.
We are an affiliate Dojo to Team Marcelo Alonso Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Team Carlson Gracie, the United States Judo Federation (USJF), the Northwest Yudanshakai, The North American Grappling Association (NAGA).

All of our Instructors have Kodokan, USJF & or Dojo Certified Ranks and have passed required background checks through the USJF/USA Judo.
Our Instructors are Certified USA Judo/USJF National Level Coaches, Our Instructors are Certified Self Defense Instructors/Teachers and we are all Certified in First Aid/CPR.
All of our Instructors also have taken Safe Sport Certification Course and a Concussion Protocol Certification Course..

Judo is offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00pm-5:00pm (Kids Class) 5:30pm-6:30pm (Juniors Class) and 7:00pm-8:00pm (Adults Class).

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is offered on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:00PM (Kids Class) 7:00pm-8:00pm (Adults Class) & Fridays 8:00pm-9:00pm (Kids & Adults Mixed Class).
