It's focus is on hold escapes, abduction prevention, control techniques, ground defense and much more. We teach street survival techniques as well as the "art" of Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.. Classes are taught by Dave Woods, a 5th degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu with over 30 years training in the martial arts and over 20 in law enforcement. Sensei Dave is a fully qualified and bondable instructor with over 10 years teaching experience.. Classes are now being offered privately by appointment only.
