Comprehensive Support and Stabilization program provides in-home crisis intervention, counseling, and life skills education catering to families with children at imminent risk of out-of-education home placement, coming from the hospital, STARR Program, Step down or transitioning between placements within DCF. . . IN-HOME THERAPY. In-Home Therapy (IHT), part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), is a structured, consistent, strength-based, therapeutic relationship between a Master’s level clinician and the youth and family for the purpose of treating the youth’s behavioral health needs, including improving the family’s ability to provide effective support for the youth to promote his/her healthy functioning within the family. . . COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM. Community Support Programs (CSPs) provide an array of services delivered by a community-based, mobile, multidisciplinary team of paraprofessionals. This service provides essential services to members and their families that have behavioral health issues challenging their optimal level of functioning in the home and community setting.. . INTENSIVE CARE COORDINATION. As a subcontractor of Bay State CSA, we provide Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) for MassHealth youth, with serious emotional disturbance (SED), under the age of 21, and enrolled in MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth.
