By December 2014 there was a need to move to a new location. It was Sensei Matthews mission to offer Isshinryu Karate and other Martial Arts to children and adults alike. Unfortunately, Sensei Matthews passed away in April 2017; however, a new sensei and two of Sensei Matthews students have taken the helm and will keep Sensei Matthews legacy alive.. . New Bern Karate will also offer: Ladies Self Defense, Ladies Kick Boxing, Personal Training, Zumba, and more.
