Detailed description is I will construct your custom, homemade birthday cake to match your party theme. I make all cakes and icing from scratch with lots of love stirred in. I began baking as a child with my mom and always had a homemade birthday cake. About 8 years ago we moved into our neighborhood and were blessed with some wonderful neighbors who proceeded to have babies. With the very first baby, I began making their birthday cakes in order to provide their children with the experience of a homemade birthday cake and to provide myself with the practice to hone my skills. A few years ago, I decided to start baking 100% from scratch. So, after testing out what seemed like a million different recipes, I have the current offerings. During this time, I have also had the pleasure of teaching some of the same neighbor children the art of baking, to which I hope they will continue to grow and develop. . At this time, I bake out of our home, hoping to grow this into a full time business in the future. For the time being, I will continue to work a full-time job while I bake in the evenings and on the weekends.
