Detailed description is The Naugatuck Thunderfish Swim Club is a competitive swim team for children ages 6-18. If you want your child to learn how to swim competitively, get fit, compete, or just experience the pool while making lifelong friends, we'd love for you to join us! The emphasis of the Naugatuck Thunderfish Swim Club is always on achieving your personal best times, demonstrating great sportsmanship, displaying excellent team spirit, and participating in team events. . . The Naugatuck Thunderfish Swim Club welcomes swimmers of all abilities ages six to eighteen who are able to swim 25 yards of the pool during try-outs. If parents have questions regarding whether or not their children are ready for a swim team, we encourage you to discuss your questions and concerns with the coaches. We would be more than happy to help you figure out the right place for your children, be it on the swim team, or in lessons.. . Try Outs for new team members will be held Tuesday April 25th through Thursday April 27th from 6:00pm – 7:00pm Naugatuck High School Pool. Returning swimmers may stop by to pre-register at try outs or arrive at 5:45pm on Monday April 24th for registration. No child will be allowed in the pool until they are fully registered. All off-season high school swimmers are welcome.
