Detailed description is Our Olympic-sized pool ranges in depth from 4 - 9 feet and can be arranged short course (25 yds) and long course (50m).
Our dive well is 14 - 17 feet deep.
OPEN LAP SWIM TIMES:.
Monday-Friday: 11:30pm-1:30pm .
7:00pm-10:00pm.
Saturday: 12:30-5:30pm.
Sunday: 12:30-5:30pm.

PROGRAMS AND SERVICES:.
Swimming Lessons.
American Red Cross Lessons are offered throughout the year to children and adults.
No swimming skills are required, as each class is tailored to the needs of the participants.
Private lessons are also available.
The price for group swim lessons for current NAU students is $30, staff and Alumni (with a NAU ID) is $35.00; and the community is $40.00, for eight, 1/2 hour lessons.
Private lessons are also available that can be arranged to fit the instructors and/or participants schedule.

Nothern Arizona Diving (NAD) is a registered USA Diving & AAU Diving club.
Participation is open to all ages.

LJAX is a highly competitive swimming team that is open to students and the community.
The club is registered with USA Swimming.

Masters Swimming.
Masters swimming is a competitive swimming program for adults.
It requires a very minimum skill level to participate and is open to NAU students and the public.
Training is seven times per week for 1.5 hours.
Semester or annual memberships are available to participate in the Masters program..

Aqua Fit Classes (Hydros).
Instructors guide participants to music while they exercise using the water’s natural resistance for muscle toning, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.
For NAU Students and all WAC Pass Holders there is no additional charge.

Men's & Women's Water Polo.
Men's & Women's Water Polo are registered University-sponsored sport clubs.
Men's & Women's Water polo is open to all students, faculty, staff & Affiliates.
These clubs are members of the Collegiate Water Polo Association, and compete in the Southwest Division.
Moderate swimming skill is necessary, but no water polo experience is needed.
