Becoming a Teacher was a decision I made to both benefit others and myself. I hope to help others embrace the Yoga lifestyle that I have come to appreciate while deepening my own practice. I am also a Registered Nurse graduated with my BSN from William Paterson University with a great passion for Holistic health. As a Nurse and Yoga Instructor, I wish to teach private and semi-private Yoga lessons catered to each individuals physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. In addition, i wish to bring holistic counseling to people as i obtain my Masters of Science in Complementary Alternative Medicine.
