Narula Institute of Technology is an engineering college established in the year 2001 in the Agarpara region of Kolkata.
Managed under the JIS group educational initiative, this college has established itself as one of the pioneering colleges of technology in West Bengal.
This college provides bachelors (B.Tech) and masters (M.Tech only in Computer Science Engineering) in the following engineering disciplines: Electronics and Communication, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, and Information Technology..
The college got a feather in the cap when in 2006 it was accredited among the few engineering colleges in India, the prestigious NBA accreditation from New Delhi, (Indian Central Government) for the disciplines: ECE,EE and IT.
