Detailed description is Certified Riding Academy and Certified Horse Training We have a full riding academy for all ages of riders with all different riding abilities. We teach on all Tennessee Walking Horses which makes us unique in many ways. The Tennessee Walking horse is one of the "gaited" breeds of the world who do not trot like the typical horse. In fact they should not be trotting at all. They do a very smooth flat walk, running walk or canter. This is easier on a persons body to not have to bounce at all. It is also good to build confidence. We can help you get ready for the show ring, the trails, or just the beach on the ride your wife signed up for on your cruise! . . Prices are: . $35.00 for a half hour private lesson with no grooming (horse is ready to ride when you arrive). $45.00 for a one hour private lesson where the rider learns to groom and tack the horse prior to the ride. (usually 20 mins on the ground and 40 mins of riding). . Semi private lessons also available for current students. . . Lease options, horse sales, horse training, boarding, birthday parties, summer camps, winter camps, day at the farm, scout outings, and much more!.
