Joseph's.
Breath-taking lakefront views! Fabulous location on the shores of Lake Huron between Bayfield and Grand Bend.
The gorgeous property is situated at the end of Ducharme Beach Road, Bluewater, ON, next to a ravine where the coast curves into a bay area providing the most stunning views south and west.
It provides 312 feet of private beach which results in the most breath-taking views on Lake Huron from the cottage and the yard.
This cottage has been renovated and boasts an open concept with tons of windows.
A gas fireplace is in the great room.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one having an ensuite with laundry.
There are hardwood floors throughout; slate floors are in the bathrooms.
The lawn is manicured with a beautiful flower garden.
Private stairs to a lovely sandy beach.
There is also a private road with beach access to launch boats and powered water crafts (e.g., sea do) for tons of family fun! June-September rates are $2950 per week; Off season is $1995 per week from October to April.
