MOTR sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30-10.30am, Bums and Tums sessions Mondays 2-3pm, DAM HOT sessions Saturdays 8am-9am. Are you wanting to lose your baby weight? Join us as we walk and run along the waterfront with our babies in their prams. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or have been running for some time as sessions are tailored accordingly. Most importantly we enjoy a coffee at the end of the session!. . Sessions are run by Miranda Davidson who has a Bachelor of Physical Education and is an accredited triathlon and swimming coach. Miranda has completed numerous Ironman competitions, marathons and triathlons and is a past NZ record holder in swimming.. . Summer Special costs: 10 session card for $100, 5 session card for $60, Casual $15. . New sessions added:. Mum's Bums and Tums: One hour training session, focusing on Core Strength with an emphasis on Gluts and Abs. Some upper & lower body and stretching exercises as well. Dad's and Mum's Hard Out Training: One hour boot camp style training involving a variety of exercises for mums and/or dads wanting to get fit
