Our equipment allows us to boil 2,000 lbs/hr, so we can handle any size boil requested. We would charge per head or by the pound depending on the price of the seafood as that fluctuates, which ever is the best deal for the client at that time. With our boils the price will include the seafood boiled plus any trimmings requested such as corn, potatoes, sausage, portobello mushrooms, etc. We also provide Smoked Beef Brisket, Whole Suckling Pig, and Catfish Dinners. Our prices also include set up, clean up, and break down. We have tables that are specifically designed for serving our boils. We can also provide and serve on plates if preferred.
