Visit www.medicaldental.org Mount Gilead Baptist Church, under the direction of Dr. Bob Ledlow, leads two mission trips annually to Honduras. Our team is named the "Bob Ledlow Team" and we work in cooperation with the Honduran Baptist Medical Dental Mission located in Laurel Mississippi. The trips occur in August and October each year. Medical, dental, and veterinary medical activities are used as an outreach tool to draw people to evangelistic services and witnessing opportunities. We distribute Spanish Bibles and New Testaments in the villages we serve on each trip. Anyone is welcome to accompany us on a trip. Usually our teams are comprised of people from several different churches and/or denominations. Anyone can serve as we need professionals and nonprofessional members to complete each team.
