After having three beautiful children and a failing marriage I was screaming for a change.
I never thought that breaking my back in 2007 would impact me the way it did.
I kicked ass.
I got up when I thought it was over and pushed.
I became a certified health and wellness coach learning how to take care and repair my body.
I was then certified in ZUMBA, BELLYFIT AND TRX.
when the wintwer nights hit and my children were with their Dad on holidays I looked at another resource to help fuel my creative drive.
That's when I started to sculpt.
Realizing this was a great tool in life I have been offering workshops with children at farmer's markets and getting booked for movement birthday parties where I help ones move and create to bring enlightenment and joy to your very core!!! .
My knowledge keeps growing as I am in love with learning.
My body is healthy and continues to benefit from all the movement I do in my classes and my daily routines that I honour and want to inspire all to honour in their own lives.
