The organization’s inception (by student initiation), in 2010, marked a pinnacle moment for the College to produce future film industry luminaries such as Samuel L. Jackson ’72, Bill G. Nunn III ’76 and Shelton “Spike” Lee ’79. The organization’s mission is to provide a diverse platitude of hands-on experiences for its members to promote a holistic filmmaking experience.. Thus far as an organization, we have created a hip-hop documentary 'The AUCypher'; and are currently scripting a web series pilot 'CAMPUS CONNECTIONS' to be produced in the fall of 2013.
