Monti Physical Fitness Center offers a state of the art facility with all of the ammenities.
A large weight room with Nautilus Eagle equipment and free weights, a cardio room with elipticals, steppers, climbers and treadmills.
We also have a wave pool with a slide and a diving board and there is a kiddy pool.
Our pool is heated at 84 degrees year round to accomodate familys and physical therapy.
Each locker room has a sauna.
We also have two full size basketball courts with volley ball capability.
