Detailed description is Le mont Kailash, également appelé Gang Rinpoché ou simplement Kailâsa, est une montagne de la chaîne de l'Himalaya culminant à d'altitude. Située dans la préfecture de Ngari, dans la région autonome du Tibet, à proximité du lac Manasarovar et du lac Rakshastal, elle est à la source de deux des quatre plus grands fleuves d'Asie : l'Indus et le Sutlej.
