The client shall make a non-refundable retainer of $50.00 +tax to perform the services specified herein.
Upon payment, I will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties exclusively for you.
Again, this is NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable before the year is over if dates are open.
If weather doesn't permit we will reschedule to another date.
If I physically can not fulfill my duties then I will refund at time that ONLY.
