I incorporate labor training in all prenatal workouts, getting her body (and mind) more prepared for delivery. . . Being a mom myself, I also know first-hand the importance of having accessibility to safe and knowledgeable exercises, particularly in the first 16 weeks post-partum. These weeks are an amazing time to connect with your baby and to reconnect with your body, setting a foundation to help you to gain strength and feel even more empowered down the road! . .
