Detailed description is I'm a teacher and student of all holistic and non-invasive, drug less techniques for healing the body, the heart, the spirit and the mind. I've been on a natural health path since 2005 when I began working in the nutrition section at Whole Foods Market in southern California. Since then I have received training in field identification and use of medicinal plants at Gaia Center for Herbal Studies in Ann Arbor in 2009. . . I have also received Craniosacral Therapy training through Upledger University; using these and a wide variety of light touch, non-invasive bodywork techniques, I've developed what I call Intuitive Touch Bodywork. Additionally I practice and teach yoga, incorporating it’s teachings into my client work as well. . . Most recently, I'm a 2017 graduate of the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I'm proud to be a Certified Naturopath, board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board (the ANMCB). . . I have a passion for educating the public and clients in all topics of natural and non-invasive tools and techniques for healing. I love to share what I know on the benefits of a whole food diet and natural food preparation. I educate my clients on how to employ medicinal plants into supplement regiments for better health and how to select the most beneficial supplements for their individual needs. . . One of my favorite things in the world is to sit down with someone, and talk about their health issues through an all encompassing naturopathic lens; supporting what that individual needs for their best physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and outcomes.
