How will I know what to buy? What will my guests like? Mix Chix will gladly provide a shopping list with the things you may need. And because we DO NOT sell alcohol, we will assist you with drink selection and the placing and delivering of your alcohol order. . . How many bartenders will I need? We recommend 1 bartender AND 1 server/barkeep for each bar serving more than 75 guests. 2 of each for more than 150 guests and 1 server/waitstaff per 50 guests if cocktail serving is required. . .
