Detailed description is This is a natural beauty pageant created to give young women a chance to participate in community service activities, leadership activities and beauty competition in an effort to enhance self esteem among young women in the community. The contestant in the different age divisions will be awarded the following titles.. Age groups are as follows: 0-2 years old girl is Wee Miss. 3-5 years old girl is Tiny Miss. 6-9 years old girl is Little Miss. 10-12 years old girl is Junior Miss. 13-15 years old girl is Junior Teen. 16-19 years old girl is Teen Mis. All winners will represent the area in various parades and social events. It will be up to the parents of the winner to supply their own transportation in parades. Parents may put the winners in other functions with the approval of the Director.. The categories of the pageant will consist of Formal Wear and Casual/School Wear with an on-stage interview in formal wear for Tiny Miss and older. . The entry fee for the program must include a $60.00 cashiers check or money order, made payable to the Miss Southern Ohio/Miss Scioto Valley Pageant.. . Admission to the pageant will be $5.00 per person. The only exception will be the contestant and her mother/guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS. The decision of the judges will be final..
