The area has plenty of activities for an active family (tennis, golf, biking, canoeing, water sports and fishing) or relax at the campfire and enjoy a spectacular sunset over Alder Lake. We offer free use of kayaks, canoes, rowboats and water front amenities for all of our guests. Mill Point Resort is the place to create lifelong memories for your family. We recommend booking early, weeks during June, July and August are prime times. . . Mill Point Resort is located on Alder Lake on the Manitowish Waters Chain of 10 Lakes. Alder Lake is surrounded by the most pristine old growth forest in Wisconsin and right in the middle of the forest is Mill Point Resort. With over 700 feet of sugar ripple sand beach, we have level frontage facing southwest for glorious sun all day long. Opened in 1945, Mill Point has six 3 bedroom cottages located on beautiful Alder Lake. The resort is only 1 mile from Hwy 5. . Each of our six Housekeeping cottages are equipped with:. NEW: Satellite TV & Wireless Internet. Washer & Dryer. Refrigerator/freezer. Electric range and oven. Microwave. Automatic coffee maker. Full compliment of cookware, dishes, . glasses & utensils. Pillows, mattress pads, warm blankets. Kitchen towels and dish cloths. Shower or whirlpool bath. Electric or natural gas heat. Charcoal grill. Picnic table. Adirondack chairs.
