I started Milk and Honey Dairy because I wanted a fresh British milk drink, sweetened with honey (after being inspired by the amazing local Lincolnshire bee keepers), and flavoured using the very finest, purest ingredients, carefully sourced from Fairtrade suppliers, with the farmer in mind.. . I wanted my drinks to be full of natural born goodness – no thickeners, stabilisers, artificial flavours or colours, no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners either! After many, many, many trial batches, numerous tastings and testing’s, my recipes were finalised, and the Milk and Honey Dairy Co. was born!. . I really hope you enjoy my drinks as much as I do. . .
