Detailed description is The Student Government Association (SGA) is an organization of elected students who represent all of Miami University Hamilton students to the campus community as well as to the general public.
SGA members work closely with administrators, faculty and staff providing input that may influence many administrative decisions directly affecting students.
SGA members are committed to addressing student concerns.
They serve as members of institutional committees and task forces, and act as liaisons between students and faculty.
Members also serve as voting members on the University Senate in Oxford and the Hamilton Campus Senate.
