Il progetto risale ai primi anni '90 e la struttura ha aperto al pubblico il 13 giugno 2003. La chiesa barocca di Santa Teresa in via della Moscova a Milano, da tempo in disuso, è oggi trasformata in luogo di informazione e formazione.
