Detailed description is Over 100 students are actively involved in classes, after school productions, the Improv Team, and the Drama Club (Thespians Troop 2468).
Theatre plays an integral role in a student’s well-rounded education.
In these modern times of growing technology, with entertainment accessible at the click of a button and an emphasis on school/training-to-work, students need to be reminded that an essential part of what makes us who we are is our cultural heritage (music, art, literature and of course, theatre!)..
It is the mission of the Mead High School Theatre department to provide an excellent theatre education for the students of Mead and to foster an environment where students can grow artistically.
