Detailed description is Cozy 3 bedroom, 4 season lake home with stunning, west-facing views. 58 feet to rocky shoreline. 1.2 miles west of Ely on premiere walleye fishing lake. Brand new build, finished in November 2016. . This 1500 sq ft, year-round home with open floor living area and a million dollar view will be our retirement home someday...meanwhile, we are excited to offer this place as a restful vacation getaway.. . Choose a winter weekend to cuddle up and finally finish that book or listen to your backlog of podcasts, stay under the blankets and get through that TV show everyone has been talking about, or spend time chatting in the cozy living room and enjoying each other’s company. . . KITCHEN. Dishwasher. Microwave. Ice maker. Coffee maker with hot water spigot. Electric coffee grinder. Blender. Toaster oven. Electric griddle. Gas grill (summers only). Pantry items-dish soap, dishwasher detergent, olive oil, sugar, spices, salt and pepper grinders, condiments, coffee, and tea. . Booster seat for 6 month baby to age 4. . . Plenty of space for a couple of cooks to work at the same time. . . . LIVING ROOM - thermostat controlled gas fireplace and smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO. No cable channels. Many board and card games are also available. . . . 3 BEDROOMS - one bedroom on main floor, one upstairs, and one open loft bedroom (no curtains lakeside), each with a queen-sized bed. Bedding for infants: Pack n Play stored in upstairs bedroom closet. . . . 1 3/4 BATHROOMS - Full bathroom on main floor and 3/4 bath on second floor with small shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided. . . . If you enjoy fishing, 2344 acre, Shagawa Lake is managed as a walleye lake and our bay is the perfect place to cast a line. A former student works up here as a fishing guide and we're happy to recommend him.. . .
