Maxwell Pecan Farms are growers of fine South Georgia pecans of many varieties for over 150 years. Founded in 1844 by James Maxwell and Nathan W. Maxwell, Maxwell Pecan Farms was largely built and operated by Norman Julian Maxwell until the age of 93 (1919-2012). It was greatly expanded by Jimmy F. Maxwell. Maxwell Pecan Farms is now owned by Jerod Maxwell and Kimberly Maxwell.. . Pecans are very healthy and delicious nuts! They are eaten whole or used as an ingredient.
