Lil Dragon program (3 and 4 year olds):.
Tuesday/Thursday 5p-5:30p.

This is a preschool martial arts program, teaching children SOLID technique, while focusing on the benefits of martial arts; confidence, discipline, and respect.
These dragons will learn basic motor skills, coordination, make friends, focus, fitness, and of course dragon FUN!!.

Big Dragon program (5 and 6 year olds):.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30p-6:00p.

In this class we start preparing the kids for the big kids program, with a good mixture of technique, forms, self-defense, make friends, fitness, and a lot of fun.
Also continuing to instill the confidence, discipline, and respect..

Kids program: (7-12 year olds):.
Monday/Wednesday 5:15p-6p.

In our kids program we really start to push and develop these kids as future leaders.
In this program the kids will learn great self-defense, fitness, teamwork, bully prevention, what it takes to be a champion.
Kids leave karate classes inspired to not just be awesome karate students but awesome people.

Why?? In our adult program, students get the same benefits that the kids recieve...if not more.
Learning quality self-defense, good physical fitness, flexiblity, coordination, creating friendships, and even becoming part of our karate family.
