Detailed description is I offer personal fitness training for anyone. I also offer hitting and pitching lessons customized for the baseball players. Message or call to schedule! I have trained clients of many ages and many backgrounds over the last few years. From athletes to people just wanting to lose weight, I am committed to providing a low cost and highly efficient plan for everyone to reach their fitness goals. I also teach baseball hitting and pitching lessons to players of all ages. I played baseball for 3 years at the Division 1 level and was a Maryland High School All-State player. I love working with players and seeing them improve. I believe that a combination of fitness and skill training increases the chances of succeeding in whatever sport you are playing. I have a training facility located at my home that includes a weight room, area for sleds and tires, and a batting cage for baseball clients. I also do baseball lessons at Liberty High School, depending on field availability. All sessions for personal training and baseball lessons are by appointment only.
