You’ll want to stick around for this.. . I’m Mary Paige Larsen. Double names! Yep! I’ve had a name crisis all my life but I’ve finally accepted and settled that I like to go by Mary Paige. I will share with you a little about my story and why I’m a fitness and wellness coach now.. . All my life I’ve been on the heavier side. I’ve had very little strength and I hated to workout. Yep I said it. You couldn’t pay me to get on an elliptical and I honestly don’t know why there are so many buttons on a treadmill. Can’t you just press start?!. . I’ve gone through my fair share of diets and I’ve paid for the points if you get my drift, but what was missing was the fitness piece to the pie. I’ve been a yoyo weight loser my entire adulthood. Having babies didn’t help it either. Two years ago I watched a friend transform her postpartum body into a skinny mama. I was in awe with her success and a little intrigued with the program she was following. It took me at least six months to finally have the courage and respond to her messages. At the end of 2016 I was still holding on to baby weight and wanting to make a change for our family. Once I made the decision to join her on this fitness journey I never looked back.. . Now I am 30 lbs lighter and my journey is not over!! I am at the smallest weight in my entire adult life and I've gain confidence, physical strength, and a support system that I wouldn't trade for the world. . .
