Marvin Recovery includes 5 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bath and was built in 1962. The rental has run exceptionally well since day one with a few learning curves that have helped it grow into the perfect rental property that not only helps those that live there, but all who show up.. . Instantly, a large following developed with tenants bringing their friends, family, and friends of friends over to enjoy sporting events, enjoy backyard BBQ's, the fire pit, and enjoy just chillin' with friends having a few drinks.. . Soon with the similar personalities that have been attracted to living in a "drinking" type recovery clinic (ie, responsible, respectful beer drinkers who have jobs and can pay their rent), an opportunity developed to not only run a good rental, but also help others get back on their feet in life while enjoying the progress their making day by day, week by week, and month by month.. . Many who have come on board to live @ Marvin Gardens Recovery (as it was originally called) are there for an average of 12 months, while usually holding similarities in life when it comes to a recent break ups/divorce, loss of job/starting a new job, part-time student along with being a full-time worker, or even all of the above.
