Detailed description is The Marietta Children’s Choir is a nonprofit outreach program supported by the music department at Marietta College. The Marietta Children’s Choir is a nonprofit educational outreach program supported by the music department at Marietta College. The choir rehearses at the college's Hermann Fine Arts Center. Our choir's mission is to enrich the lives of young singers from the greater Marietta area through the study and performance of high quality choral music.. . The Marietta Children’s Choir is for all young singers, grades 4-8. The program will provide students with the opportunity to pursue musical excellence in a creative and nurturing environment. Rehearsals will be held once a week at Marietta College, and run September through May. Students will participate in two formal concerts, and will have the opportunity to perform for various community events throughout the year.
