I invite you to spend 50 minutes in my quiet and peaceful hilltop office overlooking the ocean in Soquel.

We will work intensively (at least two hours a week) for short, contracted periods of time such as 2 or 3 months.
During that period of meeting a minimum of two days a week, the therapy has the opportunity to build in intensity and increase its effectiveness.

After that much intense, introspective work, we take a break for integration of the work on your own.
First we negotiate the time period of the break, and if needed, a re-starting time.
This empowering time period gives my clients a personal space to assimilate the work and let any positive changes be felt and integrated.
