Mondays .
4-4:30 Padawans(5-7years), 4:35-5:35 Jedis(8-12years), Masters 5:40-6:40(13+), Women's fitness and self defence 6:45-7:45.
Fridays .
4-4:30 Padawans(5-7years), 4:35-5:35 Jedis(8-12years), Masters 5:40-6:40(13+).

With our Padawans classes we teach the basics and incorporate into the lessons our 6 tenets of martial arts as well as Stranger Danger and Road Safety all while having fun and keeping active.
In this class our younger students progress through a Jr belt system..
Our Jedis have a more in depth learning experience as they are using the full belt system and will achieve a true black belt.
The only things our Jedis are held back on are the knife and gun defence they are taught the basics but not as much as our masters class..
Our Masters class is a complete learning package with all training done to its fullest..
Our Womens fitness and self defence (WFSD) class begin with a warm up stretch then 15-20 ins of fitness incorporating boxing and kickboxing into the fitness side, then we finish the class of with self defence involving grab escapes, pressure points, weapons training and defence and grappling.
