The concept behind Mama E's is to help support parents that need temporary care to tend to errands and appointments.
Mama E's is also happy to accommodate care for short term needs for those that contract, freelance or have on-call work.
Hours are limited and because of strict guidelines on the number of children, it's best to call first and arrange your times.

For licensing purposes,” Regular” Business hours are Tuesday/Thursday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Mama E’s schedule is flexible and available 24/7 by appointment for hourly/part time care.
However due to other family commitments and teaching hours.
Mama E's is limited and NOT available:.
Monday after 12 pm.
Tuesday after 3 PM.
Thursday after 3 PM.

CHANGES EFFECTIVE BEGINNING MAY 1st, 2016.

Mama E’s REGULAR hourly rates (7 am – 5 pm M-F) are as follows:.

$12.00/hr First child (Birth – 24 months).
$10.00/hr First child (2 through 5 years).
$8.50/hr (School aged over 5).

Additional children will be at 25% off *.
$9.00/hr (Birth – 24 months) .
$7.50/hr (2 through 5 years).
$6.50/hr (School aged over 5).
*If more than one child, youngest child at the “regular” rates followed by older children.

Evenings (after 5 PM) and Weekends are an additional $1.50/hr to above rates per child unless otherwise specified by a “special rate” often offered on the Mama E’s Facebook page.
Special agreements for short-term “weekly” care, overnight care or any care out of the “ordinary hours” will be considered and adjusted per occurrence..

There may be full time providers in the area that offer lower hourly or daily rates should they have space available on “that day”.
That is because they have regular full time children every day.
Most are large family home daycare providers that have assistants and MANY more children.
I often provide care one on one.
This I know too well from trying to find my own childcare.
The problem is, if you aren’t paying for a slot, you may or may not get care for your children when you need it.
It’s not reliable.
I will continue on-call, part time/drop in reliable licensed daycare with extremely flexible hours.
Mama E’s never charge for my own sick days or vacation days while every other provider in the area does..

If approved on the Food Program, meals are included unless on special diet.
Children may bring their own food/snacks too, clearly labeled with first name and last initial..

Meal times, 7:45 breakfast, 12:00 PM lunch, 5 PM dinner.
$3 for a meal or $5 for special (gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian etc).

Bring your own if your child is in diapers or pay $1 per diaper.
