Detailed description is Your holiday villa in Sicily! The Magnolia Bianca is a private villa arranged over 2 floors inside a little residence on the beach which consists in total of 3 independent buildings (Magnolia Bianca included)..

Ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with a terrace equipped with BBQ, a bathroom and two living rooms where you can watch tv, playing games, read a books or if it's winter, relax yourself in front of the fireplace.

From the living room you can access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.
Here you can enjoy everyday a wonderfull coloured sunset! The terrace is separated with the neighbouring apartment with a green plant divider to guarantee your privacy.

From the kitchen you can join downtairs the "Cantina", a fresh area that links the private apartment with the common area: the garage.
Here you'll find the table tennis and the billiard (please don't move them from inside to outside, they could get damaged!).
On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 Queen-size bedrooms (max 7 people), each one with private toilet, shower, TV, FAN, heating, and balcony with view on the sea.
From the terrace you can admire an amazing landscape..
Upstairs there is also the laundry: you will find here all you need for doing housekeeping and laundering..
OUTSIDE: the garden and the beach.
The large garden and the outside areas are in common with the other guests of the other two apartment of the residence.
