Detailed description is Hot and spicy preserves I am know as Madame Chutney.I am a Montana girl now,but originally I come from the Fiji Islands.
My mother and grand-mother before me were chutney makers.I carry on the tradition of fabulous flavors.My preserves make great gifts and they are unforgetable treats for catering parties.I grow my own peppers,herbs and use exotic East Indian spices for my sixteen original fruit preserves.I offer eight sweet and mild preserves that are wonderful on pancakes,waffles,toast etc.These are the following..
1.Peach on the Beach.
2.Cantaloupe Orange.
3.Fairy Berry.
4.Plum Dandy.
5.Rosemary Apple.
6.Lavender Blueberry.
7.Passion Fruit.
8.Apple Orange.

I also produce different chutney preserves that are considerably more " dangerous"...
