Detailed description is This page is for supporting our Armed Forces.
We send out care packages on the holidays to deployed troops to let them know we care about them.
Plz help us In Afghanistan alone over 9000 United States Armed Forces servicemen and women are currently deployed overseas.
Worldwide, over 200,000 men and women are deployed.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to sending care packages to troops for the holidays who may not receive anything from home.
We target lower ranking servicemen and women who are not married, or may not have much support from home.

Care Packages are large USPS Priority boxes that are packed full of goodies from home that deployed soldiers do not have access to who serving.
They include personal hygiene items, snacks, beef jerky, sweets, notes from children and local families and a thank you card from here at Luna County Cares.

The servicemen and women need only to be deployed overseas to receive the care package.
Nothing else is required.

Each box is roughly $40 including handling costs.
The USPS charges $10 for shipping overseas, the rest of the money is spent on buying items for the packages.
All packages are sent through the USPS to ensure the arrive safely to each service member.
We do receive a discount from the USPS for shipping to deployed servicemen.
