Detailed description is Taking the place of the former Doppio Artisan Bistro on Main Street, Lulu Kitchen & Bar will be a year-round convivial bistro featuring woodburning cuisine. The menu and open kitchen will be centered around a woodburning grill and oven. The 1,800 square foot space will offer casual lounge-like dining in the front with a view of the bustling main street through its French doors. Comfy leather chairs and baquettes with wood tables will offer various seating options while a large zinc topped bar anchors the front section with ceiling high open lighted shelving for the spirits selection. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the open kitchen anchored by the woodburning grill & oven, from which the majority of the menu will be executed. An open garde manger station will display fresh vegetables atop an attractive marble counter offering a view of the preparations of the cold items on the menu as well as a homemade bread station. The rear of the space will offer table clothed dining with rustic chandeliers, exposed brick walls, vintage European mirrors, and leather chairs.
