En el año 1989 llega desde Buenos Aires Don José Buzián junto a su familia, y nos radicamos en Lago Puelo, provincia de Chubut. Parte del equipaje eran las herramientas de mano para poder ejercer su oficio de carpintería artesanal. En plena crisis económica ingresamos a trabajar como empleados en esta chacra de lúpulo hasta que en el año 1996, debido a los precios desfavorables que pagaba la industria y la baja rentabilidad de la actividad, el dueño anterior decide abandonar la producción; y en el año 1998 decide vender la propiedad. Fue así como nuestro padre, al ver la oportunidad y pensando en dejarle una herencia a sus hijos, sin contar con más recursos que el trabajo familiar, le hace una propuesta de compra comprometiéndose a pagar con lo que producía la tierra. Durante varios años hemos trabajado juntos para lograr ese objetivo, y en honor a él hemos puesto sus iniciales en la Marca llamándola "Lúpulos JB".
